You might know this dish as kong pao chicken. This is a spicy dish like most of the dishes from SiChuan province. It's made of a cubed slices of chicken, fried with peanuts, onions, red hot peppers and small SiChuan peppers (ma jiao) that have unique taste and make your tongue tingle and weirdly numb.
