This dish is a great dessert. Literally means "Gold & Silver Small Buns"...

It's made of little buns (xiao mantou), half of them steamed and the other half fried (hence the gold and silver in the dish's name).

In the middle there should be a little bowl with condensed milk for you to dip the buns in.
