Sweet and Sour Pork (literally means sugar-vinegar tenderloins) is a great dish and probably one of the best if you don't like spicy food.

It's chopped pork coated in crispy batter and covered with sweet-sour cream (mainly made of tomato sauce and, sugar and vinegar). Sometimes it's more drippy than crispy and that's not as good.
