XinJiang is a special autonomous region at the west of China populated mostly by Muslims. XinJiang cuisine combines the Chinese cuisine and gives it a touch of the middle east. The result is delicious. There are many XinJiang restaurants in Beijing and it's highly recommended to try one of them.
