Bar Blue is one of our favorite places in SanLiTun. The drinks there aren't as cheap as there are in Kaibar or Shooters (which are only 2 minutes walk from Bar Blue) and we don't find the music as good as in Poachers (which is right across the street) but there is something about this place we really like, probably the combination of everything. The place is crowded, but not too crowded, good music, great design and use of lights and a very nice dance floor. On the upper floor you will find a nice quiet lounge, a bar and place to check in your coats. We recommend to make Bar Blue your second or third stop of the night. First have some drinks in the cheaper neighboring bars (Kai Bar, Shooter or Nanjie) and then go there, dance, meet people and have a great time. How to get there Bar Blue is located in the alley to the west of the main road. Usually at night SanLiTun rd. is quite jammed so the best way to get there is to take a taxi to the intersection of SunLiTun and GongTiBeiLu, then walk north in to SanLiTun bar street, take a left and a right and you will find yourself in that alley. Bar Blue is on the third floor in a building to your right.
